Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, here is how we handle it.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipment date. The clock starts on the day your order ships, not the day it arrives.

Conditions for Return

To be accepted, the item must meet all of the following:

  • Unworn and undamaged, with no signs of wear
  • In its original condition with all components present
  • Accompanied by all original certificates (GIA, IGI, or otherwise)
  • Original tag still attached to the piece
  • Returned in secure, protective packaging

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return label at no charge. You will not pay for return shipping.

How to Start a Return

Returns are initiated through your order account. Here is how:

  1. Go to maitredediamant.com/account and log in.
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  3. Click Request a Return, choose the item, and submit.
  4. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label by email.
  5. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier shown on the label.

If you checked out as a guest, open the order confirmation email and click View your order — the same steps apply from there. You can also contact us directly at service@maitredediamant.com with your order number and we will handle it from there.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Rings that have been resized from their original size
  • Custom or special orders
  • Final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
