Refunds & Returns Policy

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of every Maitre D’ piece and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:

Return Eligibility

  • You may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be in original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Items must include all original components (jewelry, certificates if provided) and be returned in secure packaging to protect the item in transit.

    • Custom orders

    • Final Sale items

      The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

       

  • Maitre D’ reserves the right to refuse returns on any items that do not meet the above conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method as Maitre D’ is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and applied to your original payment method or issued as store credit — at your preference.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged upon delivery or incorrect, please contact us immediately at service@maitredediamant.com.

We will provide instructions for resolving the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@maitredediamant.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and guide you through the process.
