How long does it take to process an order?
In-stock pieces ship from our NYC atelier within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces may take up to 6 weeks; we’ll note this on the product page where applicable. All orders ship complimentary via FedEx SmartPost, with two-day ($40) and overnight ($50) options available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipment date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and undamaged, in its original condition with all components, certificates, and the original tag still attached, and packed in secure packaging for return.
Return labels are provided at no charge. To start a return, log in to your account at maitredediamant.com/account, find your order, and click Request a Return. If you checked out as a guest, email service@maitredediamant.com with your order number and we will take care of it from there.
Resized rings, custom orders, and final sale items are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Most of our pieces can be sized to fit your specific needs. Please note: once a piece has been resized from its original size, it is no longer eligible for return. In certain cases, a special order may be required for specific sizes or select pieces.
